Received a call on 4/13/11 claiming there a judgement a***nst me. The person (strong accent foreign) said he was from the dept of criminal so****ing and that i will be sued and jailed if I don't pay back a payday loan. When I ask for information he came me a Doc# and also said there were another payday loan being activated using my SS# and that they can stop it if I pay the the complaint using the DOC#. Since I know I don't owe any outstanding payday loans and wasn't receiving the information I needed to find out if this was true. I told his I will see them in court. I since has found out thru a close friend who work in collection that this is a scram. Everyone please be aware. This is awful. The harassment, name calling, threats and pure evilness is not right. What can a person do to stop these calls for good?
