These people have called me also! they claimed they are with the legal and investigations department, and my ss# has a hold on it with the US Government. When I asked what this was for, they told me that I have a $500 payday loan from March that was not paid back. When I kept asking questions like what is the name of the company, what bank account did the supposed loan go to and etc, they became belligerant and s****ed to scream and curse at me!I was told if I did not pay now, they would file a lawsuit a***nst me the next day and I could face jail time...FOR A $500 LOAN???HAHA  They all have middle eastern accents. Dont fall for anything these people tell you. They get your personal info and try to use it to get your money. Dont fall for it, it is a scam!

Caller stated that there was a lawsuit pending a***nst me. Caller stated I would be facing a lawsuit and possible jail time.  When I asked for proof of their case they refused.
