I'm****uming it was some sort of scam. It was supposedly a live young lady, but it quickly became apparant that it was computer-generated when I asked questions that were outside of the program's scope. They called in response to a survey we had supposedly filled out and were going to send us free samples of products, a gift card and a discount card good for ***dreds of prescription medications. They terminated the call when they realized I knew it wasn't a live person. I tried calling the number back and got a "not in service" recording.
