I've never got a call on my phone from these people, but, some how they got my work number and are now calling my place of employment!!!

This so-called debt collector left me several messages the last two months, saying we owe a bill from Go Yellowpages. I got su****ious since my company never heard of such a company, and we did not order anything from them. Also, why would the guy only identify himself as Mr. Jones, with no first name given? I was going to call him back, but decided to do some research on the call back number on the internet first, and was glad I did. He has left me at least ten messages in the last two months, but I will never call him back, just letting it go to voicemail and delete later. These scammers need to get a life! Don't pay them a single penny!

Received a call from this number once every two weeks.  The guy who left me a message never gave out his first name, only referred to himself as Mr. Jones.  He said that there's a debt that we owe for some company called Go Yellow Pages, but did not go into detail.  This doesn't seem very professional.  I did call him back once before, but got a totally different person who did not know what I was calling about, or who Mr. Jones is.

Says we owe a bill from a yellow pages company but when I ask them to give the information about that company they won't give me any information

Have no clue what this person even talking about

This person claimed we owed money, but will not send a bill unless I agreed to pay first. I honestly think this is a scam with yellowpage/book.

Called and said we owe money, which we do not! Said she represented a law firm and that we better pay because we are now in collections and she threatened the reverend, too.

They call every day my husband, but  he is in Europe so I have unswered once and the guy Tony Wolker wasn't nice(as before people were saying). I have tried to explane that he isn't here and than he ***g up on me...Today he called a***n!P.S. He said it's a ligal matter.

I got a call from this ****s and they claimed to be an attorney office, I ignored the call, bunch of f***ots!

I get rude female caller at least once a week at work from 201-336-1026. I spoke with a woman once and she ***g up in my face. When she called a***n I ***g up in her face.  Rude and ****ing up are their best qualities.

Miss Carter called from Law office of Norman Kalina.  I callec Norman Kalina direct says to call ACA at 1 800 356 3713.  and it was nice talking to me.  I asked if he was****ociated with them and he said no and call them.  Now what do I do, these people call threatening a law suit.  Why should I pay them?

They call work they call my home they call my cell.  They call asking for me by my first name.  Rude and threating.  Harassment.

Receiving calls at work from this number.  Just leaves a message to call back with no other information but that it's from an attorney's office. Very unprofessional manner.  Receptionist said she is very rude. they also have an 800 number. That is 800-356-3713. The ladies name is Ms Roberts

They're just scarin' ya.  I'm in MA.  You're where?Here: Payroll is off limits; vast majority of companies will smack down anything that reeks.PDL are offered all over and you can receive proceeds in MA. However it turns out this is not actually legal business to conduct with MA residents. Then: most have no banking license in their own state let alone a for business via net in other states...add in 1) stae regulations, 2) all mail contact (certified, physical address), 3) cc attorney general both states, banking commission both states, and bbb both states and they will back off a fair bit to stay in business.NOW, I am NOT saying to check your laws and take advantage of this, NO. It is a hassle- must measure actions a***nst reality.  I had several PDL and quoted law references, details, sent the letter and negotiated to meet state ****mum rates for the honor debt (amount + allowable state max interest - payments collected - settlement allowance) and walked away with an equitable and final settlement.Calls to boss or family as references are understood junk and reported, what the heck- we all fill out stuff online...

a ms brewer keeps calling claiming to be an attorney sheis lying she is with this debt collector be ware of these liars

this kelly person called me and told me that i owe money on a check that bounced back in 2005, i informed her that i had paid it off and she asked for paper work to prove it, i informed her that i would not send anything to her and she got so angry that she called me a bit** and told me to pay the godda** money. i got so ****ed off that i called the company back and i told them that if they ever call my house and talk to me like that a***n that i would ***t them down and kick their as*es. i ***g the phone up and they called right back and kept calling until i unplugged my phone. who are these ****s and who is their boss? i would like to give them all a piece of my mind.

I received a call today at my work place from a Ms. King. This woman stated that she was calling from The Law Office of Norman Kalina and that I needed to call her back ASAP to discuss an important personal matter. She then left a case number and a 1-800 number. The funny thing about them trying to collect money from me, is that I live in California and alot of these online payday places do not have a license to practice in California and because they are online, who is to say that the debt is actually valid. They never ask for any proof of anything. So Ms. King and The Law Office can call me all they want, they will not get a dime from me. And if they keep calling my job, I will have a law suit a***nst them for harassment.

Received a call from a Mr Lopez saying that he spoke to me earlier and I told him to call me back after 6pm I have never spoke to him before at all never telling anyone to call me back after 6pm he left a message saying that if I did not call him back immediately that on Monday August 25th he will sent it to legal action which I have never received anything in the mail from anything having to do with this. The person did not even mention who they were representing. Not sure this is a valid call

I get calls to but mine are from a Mr. Santiago. He states he is from a law office too and Im sorry but Im not in school anymore, We use first names here. I think that is the attempt to sound more professional but sorry, its not working for me. They say what they can say in order to scare you into calling them back. If it is as important as they say it is you will receive so****ing in the mail. If they were really from a law firm, you would receive information regarding that. The truth is they are just debt collectors and I have had people go as far to say they will attach my wages if i dont call them and make arrangements....Um they cant do that, its not that easy and a***n..they are trying to scare you into calling them and make arrangements to pay! My debt is only $300 but at this point im not paying it just because of all the nonsense these people are going through! Isnt it a***nst the law to lie about somehting like that??

This man Mr ***dy, keeps calling me leaving RUDE ignorant messages. i talked to him once and he didn't even know what he was talking about. If he can't get his"claims" straight and contradicts himself, why the***** would I send him money??? For a supposed debt I don't owe. They are frauds. He got really ignorant with me when I confronted him about himnot knowing what he was talking about, and I asked to speak to a manager. Of course he said he was. Hes full of s**t. I hope they read these too. Guess what, you aren't getting money from me, you will be hearing from my attorney for harrassment, and fraud. GUESS WHAT HE IS LEGIT .

Got a call from this number today, Sounded like they said they were calling for someone else so I just told them they had a wrong number and ***g up. After ****ing up I had an idea to check the number, I am glad I did.

I have NO idea who these people are. This is the first time I've received a call from them. I let the call on my cell go to voicemail and as soon as my phone stopped ringing my work phone s****ed ringing. Same number. Left a message to contact them on an "urgent buisness matter" and slammed the phone down on both voicemails! Claimed to be from a Norman Kalina's office.

ms. Clarke first called my home phone and then a minute later called my cell phone. left a message that this was a serious legal matter and that it was imperative that I return her call immediately.  I called the 1-800-356-3713 number that she left and got a different person on the phone who stated that I was long over due on payment of a bill that I had long paid. I offered to give her the information to prove it and she became very verbally abusive. She went on to say that they had proof that I still owed the bill to them no matter what I had in my hand and that she would make sure that I understood that. I asked her to send me a copy of this proof to validate her stance when she told me to handle it and slammed the phone down ending the call.

Spoke to a MS Casey. Gave her a number to the attorney generals office. Advised her not to contact me at work anymore and she said they will continue if they do not get the information needed. I told her that I will sue her company for harrassment if they continue to call me at work.

I got a call from this RUDE NASTY woman who told me she was calling from the Law Office of Norman G. Kalina. This so called lady was so unprofessional and used a poor judgment of words which is how I realized she couldn't possibly work for a law firm. Being that I myself am a legal secretary for 16 years now, I knew this person who seemed poorly educated was a fraud so I ***g up on her, five minutes later she called back when I confronted her she called me a B&%*@. I still have no idea as to why she was calling me.

Recieved one of these calls today. Some man told me to call him back because "Kelly" put me down as a reference and it's very important that I return the call. I'm always at work when these people call and for once I'd love to answer and just tear into them

I keep getting calls from The Law Office of Norman G Kalina.  The call is from a Ms Clarke.  I have Langhorne Debt solutions working on my debt situation so I gave them all the information.  It's a good thing that I did a google on this attorney.  I would have never figured out that they were a collection Agency.

I also receive calls from a Miss Casey - so what's up with this?Do I have to pay Norman G. Kalina or do I have to pay ACA Recovery and are they both legitimate companies?  I also get calls after 9 pm as well! ?!

kept calling back to back, then I answered, and the lady NEVER stated her name, very nasty at***ude, couldn't tell me where I had written a check, then said she was turning it over to the d/a as if it was a threat

I got a call from this company asking for my brother-in-law, said I knew him and would be able to contact him. I then asked, being a smart person, what it was regarding and she - Ms. Summers - got upset and ***g up on me. Then I called back to speak to a supervisor, which took a few attempts, and finally Ms. Summers was back on the phone, as rude as ever, and ***g up a***n. Got a hold of Ms. Summers supervisor finally - Ms. Coby - and she informed me that Ms. Summers behavior was not the norm, and that she would be handled - what ever that means - but to my dismay Ms. Coby was not too helpful in determining the cause of the phone call in the first place. Hope that this lawyer - or fake lawyer - realizes that the practice they are using is not a good one and in most states, Illinois (where I live) it is illegal to call us when we are on the no call list unless we state otherwise, not someone else.

I also have been getting calls on my cell from this number, stating they were atty from norman kalina office. Requesting I return the call or have my atty return the call. No other detail message left. When I did try to return the phone call at this phone number, who ever answers the phone, does not state the name of the business-- just*****o.   The funny thing is that I rec'd a call for my name and then I rec'd a message from this office for someone else.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a few weeks.  I too was told that this was an Attorney's office and they were calling me to settle a bad check.  All of the calls that come in seem to be between 8:00 and 8:30pm.

ACA recovery is not an attorney, does not work for Norman G Kalina, and should not be paid any amount of money.  I received calls from a Miss Casey, for supposedly a check that bounced and they wanted immediate payment and a $100 fee.  They could not verify check number, who the check was written to, or even the exact amount of the check.  I reported them to the BBB. google Norman Kalina and read the fraud reports.

I got a call from this number claiming it was from the attorney's office of Norman Kalina. They claimed I had written a check on a closee account from an address I have not lived at for over 15 years. She tried to get me to give her my ssn number and drivers license number. When I refused and told her I had checked with my bank and no checks had been presented on any accounts I've ever had with them. The lady from Kalina's office told me she was going to send out the "investigators". Oh well.

I continue to get calls from this number telling me that they have a matter to discuss with either myself or my attorney.  The caller says they are from the Law Office of Norman G. Kalina but it appears they are really from ACA REcovery, a debt collection agency.

Did some research. I found this number is****ociated with ACA Recovery using the attorneys name as Norman G. Kalina Esq. This attorney is NOT and let me repeat IS NOT****ociated nor represents this company in any way. I have called this attorney and they know what ACA Recovery is doing now. This is simply a collection agency using tactics a***nst the Federal law. I have reported them to the FTC.Gov.

Called my cell phone asking for a relative. I asked who they were and they replied a Attorney office but would not give the name. Told them they have wrong number and they continue to call ****ing up. I try to call them back but when you call the phone ****s up. You can tell its a collection agency. Why they are calling my cell beats me since I have nothing to do with this relative.
