Called my cell phone 7 times from 7:14 pm till last call at 8:57 pm. Stop Calling

Call comes in at all hours.  It is never a live person.  It is a pre recorded message asking for someone who doesn't live at this address.  Recorded message asks that if I am not the person they are asking for to press "2".  I pressed "2" and was kept on hold and still, no live person ever came to the phone.  This is annoying and frustrating b/c it is obviously a collection call but this company is too cheap to hire real people to talk to.
