I answered my cell and hung up immediately without saying anything. The man on the line promptly said "hello? Hello? Hello?...hello? And managed to get in four "hello"s before the call disconnected. He had a thick Indian accent. That should say something.

Annoyed Calls once a day while I'm at work. I don't answer unknown numbers anyways. I call back and it's an automated message. "Press one if you'd like to be placed on a do not call list" I don't press anything and it says "we're sorry for any inconvenience please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed."
