Constantly calls!

I just got this num. a couple of ago and already getting calls from marketing.

I get calls from Dial America Market everyday, I would like our phone number taken off of your call list. 850-981-***1 . Thanks!

My home phone number is on the "Do Not Call List," so why do telemarketers continue to call? What good is the list? I think that charitable organizations should be added to the Do Not Call List. If I wwant to make a donation to a charity, I will do so without someone calling and bugging me.

These people keep calling, attempting to sell magazines. They get records from previous subscriptions, and then go into harassment mode. They need to be stopped.

Continues to call several times per week

To all the people who get annoying phone calls from DialAmerica, putting your phone number on the "do not call" list does not keep them from calling you since charities, political messages, and surveyors are excluded from the do not call feature. You have to call Dial America personally, but call their customer service line "1-877-872-2362" They pull up your "account" or file they have on you with the information they ask for, and they say they will delete you in 24 hours. If not, then you can complain.

I have been getting calls from Dial America for months. I am on the do not call list and have caller ID so I do not pick up unless it's someone I want to talk to. Dial America is the worst. They call over and over a***n. It's harassment to repeatedly call consumers who have no interest in Dial America.

They Call about 8 times a day and do not leave a message

I got a call from 201-343-8321 and it just rang once. I looked it up because it was unfamiliar.  These posts are what came up.  I am also on a no call list.

it's  some charity based out of Fla..I have reported them several times...they call 3 to 5 times a day at all hours and on Sundays as well..

When I answer the phone a computerized voice says "This is dialamerica telemarketing, we are sorry we missed your call, we will call back at a later time." missed my call, i never called them...lol....they called me!!! and several times a day!!

They said they were selling magazine subscriptions and donating 12% to the M.D. Anderson children's art program. I subscribed to Women's Health because it was such a low rate and I wanted them to stop calling. They only take your name and address, they didn't ask for any payment or bank info on the phone. They also offer installment payments. If you want them to stop calling you may have to just answer one time and tell them.

These people are a pain in the neck. I refuse to answer the phone when they call as I have no idea of what they are selling. I am on the DNC, but they don't seem to care.

This is Dial America and they will try to sell you a magazine subscription. They gave me a really low rate (I think $7.50 per year) on Wired magazine. While a legitimate business they are pretty annoying about calling frequently.

I received 3-5 phone calls from this number three days in a row I refuse to answer the phone since I do not reccognize the #.  How can I stop these calls?

This company calls me multiple times a day.  I am going to ask the phone company to block this number.

if it's dial America then they are selling you subscriptions to magazines that you've subscribed to before. Before I had called ID, I answered their call and subscribed to Rolling Stone. I know that's a dangerous thing to do but as it turned out I paid the subscription, the magazines came and I never had any problem out of it.

Got call from this number... rang twice then ***g up when I answered.. Do not have Caller ID (except to pin name on shirt collar) so, being courious, called *69 to get the last call which was 201-373-8321.  Our phone is also on Do Not Call List since it s****ed..  Then did a Google on the number and found numerous complaints..

They call me everyday 3 to 4 times a day.  When I say*****o a recording comes on about setting up a line of credit.  It then asks for my bank routing # and checking account #.

I just moved to a new appartment and got a new phone number. As soon as the phone was connected I s****ed to receive calls from telemarketers. This company called 4 times. A woman said she is calling from DialAmerica. I promptly ***g up. I am getting several calls throughout the day from them. I added myself to the do not call list but have to wait 30 days.
