samsung user Some Indian or Arab guy. Very Hard to understand. Lost connection... Could not understand what he wanted.

Mister Sugar Toes Rang half a time, called back just to hear out the scam. 100 dollars gift card for visiting one of their websites. Then they ask you to press one to redeem the card. Might as well say "press one to talk to our Indian scammer."

patrick they cal and call, even when the phone is answered they do not say anything and **** up. It is annoying that they call several times a day and don't talk when the phone is answered after even one ring.

What good is the Do Not Call Registry whentelemarketers still call?  Lately the numbercalling me is 201.373-8327.  Most annoying!!

This Old House Magazine calling in an attempt to renew magazine subscription, if you call it back you will get a recording with a telephone number to call during set hours

recieved call, stated they were from citibank calling about my student loans and stated that they wanted to verify my contact info.  caller was indian sounding, and the call sounded fishy, and I had within the past month some fraudulent activity (in india actually) so I didn't trust it.  he tried to leave a customer service number with me but I stated that I already had it since I've talked to them like 6 times in the past month.  I ***g called the customer service number that I already had (I didn't listen to the one he gave me), and they stated that they had just given a courtesy call to remind me of my payment being due.  So it appears the call was legit (however pointless, as I've verified all my info with them every single time I call them).

The caller i.d. states Dial America but, when you call it back it's about a magazine subsription. What a waste they call 8 times a day.. even though we are on the national do not call list.

This is a new number and we've been getting quite a few telemarketing calls.  Fewer the last couple days so I hope we're getting them ****ed out.  I didn't answer but the caller ID said Adven***y.  No message left on the ma****e.  What did people do before caller id?  Lol.

call from symantec, used e4e. He did not fix my computer .. I looked up e4e and found fraud AND that symantec quit using them. Apparently 3rd party outsourcing from India.. can anyone tell me if it is legit?

After recieving calls from 201-373-8364 every hour for 2 day, I finally answered.They said they were from Applied Bank and asked for someone who doesn't even live with me

Kathy They call me twice a day, on my business line. No person answers. Calling back only gives a busy signal. A google search of the number indicates we aren't the only ones getting called.

This is a new one on me - the Ca***ian call center. I have been wat****g Feature Films for Families of Murray, Utah and Dove Foundation, a non-profit of Grand Rapids, MI for a while now. Maybe this is how they continue to skirt the rules - make the calls from Ca***a rather than the USA. Just look up the Wikipedia entry for Dove Foundation and get a good rundown of what this is all about. Also read the previous versions of the Wikipedia entry for Dove Foundation, because someone keeps going in there and deleting the 'dirt'.

Helpful website. Only thing I add to other posted information is that the caller ID indicates that Customer Service is the caller.

Have received several calls from this number.  When I answer, there's never anyone there.

The Albany Board reported a strange phone call that one of their brokers received recently. A man called the broker’s office and referred to an employee by name and said he was going to be sending a wire transfer to their business account that day and that he needed to get the necessary banking information. By coincidence, one of the brokers in the office was scheduled to have a closing on the same day that involved a wire transfer so the call did not seem su****ious at the time. The broker who was going to have the wire transfer answered the phone and asked for the caller’s name. He answered Mike Higgins.  The broker then asked what the call was regarding and his reply was that it is personal. The broker asked if it was about a real estate transaction and he said yes, that it was for a down payment but said he couldn’t give the address.  The broker then told the caller that she couldn’t give him that information and he ***g up quickly.The number in question is 201-373-8336 under the name Mike Higgins.  The broker called the number back and a ma****e picked up indicating the call had been made from a telemarketing firm.

3rd call today, no message... wonder if theres a way to get it blocked

I have been receiving this number now for at least one month.Does anyone at the phone company not care about these scammers.I am c****ing phone provider to one who will block these calls.

Several calls, no messages.  I stayed on the line for the first few seconds once, and after repeated "hello", "hello" etc. was greeted by a telemarketer selling PRIMUS home phone packages.  While the caller gave me a very anglicized name, I believe that by his South Asian accent and the length of connection time (dead air) that these calls may be originating from an overseas call centre.
