Actually i've worked for them for over a year, and we don't call you unless you decide to subscribe for so****ing. You may also receive the calls if you just stop paying for it without calling in to cancel after you are told you must do when you sign up and want to stop the service. You may also be getting the calls if you refuse to be placed on the do not call list yet keep calling and complaining or will not go through the simple procedure of getting placed on the do not call list so we can stop calling you. As for not leaving voicemails, we are legally not allowed to unless you have given us permission to do so. As a dial america employee, I do also understand of calling one of the phone numers and not getting through. We've had a couple of phone numbers not working, and/ or you may also have a wait period if there is a high call volume. We do not want you to have a bad experience, however there is so much we can do. Hope this was somewhat helpful

QUITT CALLING...

Called the number back and the answering system claims the call about a magazine subscription I have. I don't have any subscriptions. On the do not call list- but that seems to have enough holes in it to be useless.

When I answered, woman said hi and the line went dead.  I called back.  Dial America was calling about one of our alleged magazine subscriptions.  It was a taped message but left an 866 number is I needed immediate service.  Otherwise they would call back in a day or so.  I do not want them to call but the 866 number is always busy.  Guess the idiots are doing so much business or the line is useless as they are.  I am sick and tired of these scam calls.

This company (if you can call it that) will call for several different things. One is to sell you a subscription to a parenting magazine (I only know this because my 4 year old answered the phone even though I told her not to.) The political calls that you get, ie Jeff Davis, don't fall under the do not call list so you can't opt out of those.

DIAL AMERICA is listed as the caller, they are from Hackensack, NJ. They call but never leave a message. I am gussing they are either Telemarketers or child ******ers. Is their really a difference?

No debts, new phone number not given out and didn't get listed in a phone book for 8 months, and yet this scam operation, using multiple iden***ies and numbers, including FAMS/Allied Interste/Dial America/Not Traceable, calls about 75x a month for months on end.

This number calls my home at least twice a day. No one will speak. Tired of this mess.

My mother answered the phone & they asking for my sone who is 10 & was in school, they then asked if he was a minor to witch my mother replaied yes, they then asked to speak to a parent. When I was handed the phone there was no one there, just a dial tone they had ***g up.
