What good is the Do Not Call Registry whentelemarketers still call?  Lately the numbercalling me is 201.373-8327.  Most annoying!!

Receives calls every day from this number.  Te reings several times and quits.  I am on the no-call list.

These people call me at all hours and when I see it on my call identify,I just don't answer. I am on the "Do Not Call List".

Although I'm on the do not call list, I still keep getting these calls. It's especially annoying when the person calling can't even*****ounce my name--which sounds exactly as it is spelled.

I am on the Do Not Call List, this # has called twice this week, no message.

They keep calling even though they have been told not to call. I'm also filing a complaint with the National Do Not Call registry.

Received **** ups on our answering ma****e every day for the past several weeks.  Called the 1-800-931-3765 number and spoke to a representative to remove our number from their calling list.  Also filed a complaint on the National Do Not Call registry.

We are also on the Do Not Call list and this number has been calling at least once a day for the past several weeks, ****ing up after the second ring.  After reading these posts, I called the 1-800-931-3765 number and requested to be removed from their calling list.  I am also filing a complaint.

Dial America 201-373-8327 is calling each evening. Filed many... complaints through the do not call list. They just keep calling.

According to my caller id, they have called SEVEN (7) times in the past week, and we are on the DNC list.

Caller ID says it's Dial America.

They have been calling me very night for about a week now.  It's a ma****e with ***ody there.  Very annoying.  Yes, I am on the Do Not Call registry and just confirmed it at www.donotcall.gov.

I saw the call come in yes****ay with "Dial America" on the ID so I didn't answer, but did look them up on Google. They are indeed a telemarketing company, and since I'm on the Do Not Call list, I went back there (www.donotcall.gov) and filed a complaint. They called back just now, and when I answered, I only got a recording saying they were a telemarketing company (duh!) and would try to call back at a later time. I just went back to the Do Not Call website and filed another complaint. PLEASE, when you get these calls, COMPLAIN where it will do the most good! If they receive enough complaints on the Do Not Call site, they will take action and fine these companies!!

I called the number back, got a recording saying to call 1-800-931-3765,  Called that number and ordered them to remove me from their call list.  They will read to you a lot of garbage from a tele prompter, just be insistent.

Calls and does not speak when phone is answered.  ****s up.  Calls on cell phone which uses up my minutes.

This number appears on my caller ID once a day, every day.  Like the other commenters I'm also on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

I'm getting calls everyday now for the last 3 or 4 days with no message on our ma****e. We are also on the Do Not Call list, but like other reports, it doesn't seem to help. It's interesting to see so many calls from the same number from different people. I refuse to answer it... We also get calls from carpet cleaning people and so on.

We were so frustrated with so many anonymous and telemarketing phone calls that we resorted to turning off the ringer on our phone.  However, we could hear a call come in by the clicking of our answering ma****e.  We are listed on both the Federal and State Do Not Call Lists but that seems to have done little good, if any, to discourage these annoying telemarketers.  As we did not have caller ID we have since switched to Comcast Voice Mail and threw out the old answering ma****e.  It's been great!  I never leave the phone ringer on and just check to see what calls have come in and right away this 201-373-8327 has appeared almost every day in just the two weeks we have had this service.  They never leave a message and we wonder why they even bother to continue calling.  It will be interesting to see how long it continues.  They are not the only anonymous calls we have received.  It really is getting completely out of hand and very annoying to anyone who has a phone to be harrassed by these unsolicted calls.  They are wasting there time calling here as they will never get anyone to answer this phone.

This number calls my house several times a day, every day.  As it appears to be a solicitor, I never answer, but it's getting more than mildly annoying, and we are also on the "Do Not Call" registry!

Received a call at 10:40 this morning. No message on the ma****e. When I called it back, the message said there that the number was no longer in service. Odd.

Just got a call from this number and put it into the search for kicks.  I didn't pick up the phone, since I didn't recognize the number.  They didn't leave a message.

Keep getting calls from "Dial America" 201-373 8327. They never leave a message, or if a message is left it is "dead air" nothing said, just silence. Last call was today Thursday 27 Dec at aprox. 8:05PM. I didn't answer they didn't leave a message.

They consistently call even though I am on a Do Not Call List.

I have received numerous calls from this number the latest being 22 Dec at 10:25 am.  I have not been home when they called and they never leave a message.

This company, "Dial America" calls our number several times a day for the last few weeks. Usually they **** up.  We see the number on our caller id constantly.  This is absolute harrassment!!  We are on a do not call list.

Called 11:05, today, December 17 and ***g up when the call went to my voice mail.  I file a report with Opt Out on all of these type calls - may or may not help but worth a try ! I too am on the do not call lists and other opt out lists.

Have repeated calls from this number.  I will not answer.  They never leave a message.  I want my name removed from their list.

Call every day - when answering ma****e picks up you hear the operator saying "If you want to make a call........".  I'm so sick of these Unknown Name calls that I think I'll just cancel my home phone - basically all I get are this sales calls anyway.
