call from symantec, used e4e. He did not fix my computer .. I looked up e4e and found fraud AND that symantec quit using them. Apparently 3rd party outsourcing from India.. can anyone tell me if it is legit?

I had a call from this number - only showed as 'Long distance'. I had no idea who is was, no message was left. I usually do not answer calls from unknown numbers. I did use Symantec chat to resolved a problem a couple of days ago. I am amazed they would be calling me to follow up.BTW...great site to provide this information...thanks.

Yes, confirming this is Symantec Tech Support, I lost a connection online and they called me back from this number

I received a call from this number on my cell phone.  When I answered no one was there.

This call was from Symantec calling to check on my experience with their chat support service.  The first time they called, they left no message and I missed the call.  The second time they were calling to check if I had received the survey and to encourage me to fill it out (which I had already done).
