these people call me 10-15 times a day on my cell phone 7 days a week. they will not go away. they keep asking me for my social security number

I believe this was for the teeth whitening company.I ren across an ad on the internet for this product supposedly by a woman from my home town.I s****ed filing out the online form and after I did I was put onto a page looking for credit card info...I don't play that game.I exited out but apparently my phone number was locked into their files.The calls kept coming even though I only said*****o twice and heard nothing...the rest of the time I would just pick up and **** up until they stopped on Tuesday May 19 in the afternoon.At one point they were calling every 5 minutes...eventually they dwindled to every half hour.I reported it to the DNC registry and the calls from this number stopped but on Wednesday I got 2 calls from

They said they received my request for information (which is not true) and are sending me their teeth whitening system. They just wanted me to pay $1 and some c****e for shipping. Caller said they accepted Visa and MasterCard, and wanted my credit card number. Good luck with that!

Make sure your phone number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry. https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx It states that a business can call you if you have had prior dealings with them, however, if you have asked them to put you on their do not call list, or not to call your number any more, then they are no longer allowed to call you. If they do, then you can file a complaint (which I have done). Here is information once your complaint is filed... Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action. Also, I have contacted Level 3 Communications, which appears to be the service provider for their phone line. I've asked them to look into the way this company is handling their business practice. I have also sent an email to the Attorney General with complaints. We'll see what happens I guess. They have not called me a***n since 10:36am, however, they did call me after I asked to be removed from their call list which gave me grounds to file the complaint. I will post as/if I hear anything from any of the above. Good luck everyone. I know how annoying it was for me, so for those of you who are still receiving the calls... **** in there. Make sure you answer at least once and ask to be removed from their calling list.

I try to connect to their customer service agent to let them to stop calling. They keep calling me everyday.

Okay, I answered the 5th time they called today. It was a woman speaking broken English from this teeth whitening company. I told her I was not interested and to please remove me from their calling list and to stop calling. Well, it wasn't 10 minutes later, they called a***n. Of course they only let it ring once and ***g up. What can be done to stop these calls?

This phone number has been calling me as well. Every day about 6 or 7 times a day. They've called 4 times already this morning. From my understanding, it's a Teeth Whitening company that was offering a free sample if you paid S&H. Well, just like everyone else, once you see they try and ****er you in to paying like $60 or $70 a month after that automatically, everyone exits their website. Well, now they have your cell number and they're calling. Not sure how it can be stopped, but someone needs to do so****ing. It's annoying.

Someone from this number began calling over the weekend. First it was only one call, now the calls are moving up to more than one. All the way into the night. Just received a call a***n at approximately 8:30 this a.m. Tuesday morning, May 19, 2009. This time the phone only rang once. I never answer and they never leave a message on my voicemail.

FYI - After I finally picked up and told them they had the wrong number and to stop calling, they did.

Man what are you talking about, I placed my **** number in the "National Do Not Call List" I placed it in their **** company don't call list and I get the **** phone calles where they ****s up not only that but I called them 4 times and waited on the phone for almost 15 minutes at a time and they will **** up still...What the f@#$# who the***** are they, any one knows how to get a hold of them, can we call the police or some organization to F%^$%^ up. Man I am so furostrated.

I also looked at teeth whiting on the internet.I read the fine print It says that it`s only $ 6.95 for shippimg then after the 5 day trial they bill your credit card $ 79.99 a week for there product. So figure at thar price now I know why they are calling. I also spoke to them and stated that I don`t want there product but still calling. This is harassment and I am going to contact fox 5 to air what they are doing if they call me a***n.

I did get a response already and was advised to go to the Do Not Call website and file a complaint.  If the FTC gets enough complaints they will investigate the company.   There are actually several threads about this same phone number going on.  If you go to Google and just search the phone number, you'll see there are a lot of people having this issue with this company.

Has been ringing this morning - s****ed at 8:00am.   Last call came in as incomplete data - I answered - but wanted me to know I was preapproved.......I told them I would not talk to them and to take me off calling list.  Will see.

Got 7 calls. I tried calling the number back 12 hours later and it gave me a option to be removed from the call list. I answered when they called but it was like they just ***g up. I also typed in info for teeth whitener but exited out early.

They just called me back within 4 minutes of putting my number on their do not call list.  The sales man told me he was with the Brighter White Teeth Company, I told him that I had just placed my number on their do not call list and he said "oh, well why don't you just take advantage of our product anyway".  Some people just can't take "NO" for an answer.  He'd better not call a***n or else I will be forced to tell him that oh, I don't know, maybe so****ing like "I don't have any teeth"  that should leave him s***chless.  Probably not, he'll probably want me to try it out anyway!

After reading these comments and receiving 4 calls from this number, I called the number and got a phone tree.  There was a place on there where you could enter your phone number to have it placed on their DO NOT CALL LIST.  Hopefully that will stop the calls.

I am glad I found this site. I received 7 calls from this number today. I too went to a tooth whiting website. I never answered the phone. I am glad I am not alone in this. The calls s****ed at 8 am on my day off!

I picked up in time finally and after a few seconds of silence they asked for me - I told them they had the wrong number. They said they would like to extend the offer for Teeth Whitening to me and I said I was not interested and to stop calling this number.So, I am hoping these calls will stop now.

This number has called me 3 times today (05/18/09) already. The first time I didn't answer and it only rang for a couple seconds. The last two times I wasn't near my phone to answer. I tried calling back and it only rings and rings.I also looked at that Teeth Whitening thing and never ended up filling out the rest when they required a credit card for S&H. I looked into it after and realized it was a scam.Guess I learned my lesson to not give ANY information if I feel at all that the site may be a scam and to do my research FIRST.

201-676-2940 called my cell phone all day on 5/16/09.  I ignored the calls.  Glad I did seeing that its this teeth whitening company.  Now I think they switched to a new #, cuz 201-374-7232 has now called me twice already s****ing at 8am on 5/18/09.  There was some thing on my email screen about free trials of teeth whitening.  After you put in your name and phone # it then tells you its $6.95 for s&h and they want a credit card.  So I exited out.  Are they gonna harrass me forever now???  I am not interested!!! I'll never a***n look at any advertising on the internet.  It's obviously all scams!  Beware!
