It is Dell Financial Services (DFS) (calling from India) with a Union City NJ phone number. also seen on 201-520-4704 and -4688. Must be a PBX of some sort, they use calling from India to get their US connection.

This is Dell Financial services. The constantly call and never leave a message or say a word when I answer the Phone. IRRRAAAATATING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Constantly calls and when I answer they **** up. I hate Dell!! They s**** calling the day before the payment is due and call two-three times a day until they get the payment even though we've never, ever missed a payment.
Calls and ****s up, very annoying
they never leave a message.
