I just got a new extension at work and they call me literally everyday between 11am and 1 pm. I've told them that the person doesn't have the number anymore but they continue to call regardless.I think i may s**** playing along with them just to waste their time. When they ask:"Is John Doe there?"It's always fun to respond that"John Doe is dead"That always makes them stop in their tracks

calls me every fricken day about a invalid debt from 5 years ago, I have told them repeatedly that if they wish to pursue this matter in court i will not only be happy to oblige them but will file a counter suit a***nst them and the company who is feloneously trying to collect this invalid debt!!!!!

According to the Fair Debt Collection Act, section 806(5) it prohibits contacting the consumer by telephone "Repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number." Continuously means making a series of phone calls, one right after the other. For Example Sat. July 10th, calls at 10:50am, 12:22pm, 2:01pm and 2:55pm. Enough is enough. I will contact the State Attorney General and the FCC, and my lawyer. But when I tried to call this number back to complain, voice message states call CANNOT be connected. A company that cannot even be reached in my opinion is very shady. Its companies like this that harass people every day, get away with it, and nothing is done...but hey, thats America.

Calls at least once a day - even on weekends - never leaves a message.

They finally left a message with a thick accent saying i need to call them to claim a benefit. " NO I didn't call them back I am too busy for that"

They call and never leave a message. When I answer they say nothing and then the phone beeps 3 times and it ****s up.

Ijusr got a call from that number. I didnt pick up because it is my business line and I was on another call with a client. I did get a voice mail message but it was just music. very odd

This number continues to call my cell phone at least 10 to 15 times a day including weekends and holidays. They continue to ask for a Randy Ghetto? And they even continue to leave messages for this man. I have spoke with what seems to be the same woman three times and told them they have the wrong number, but the calls continue. I have now c****ed my voicemail as well stateing my my name and if you are trying to reach someone else you have the wrong number. Now no messages but continued calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a credit card company called card services and their not even open until 9:00 I got my call at 8:10 AM today One of my cc is paid throught card services.I think its all automated they want payment or they are trying to sell insurance on your credit cards

Have a BILLION calls on my caller ID every day....never a message! On the do not call list! Does anyone know who they are?

I received 1-3 calls a every single day from this number. Union City, New Jersey is what my caller I.D says. At first they left messages now they just call   4/1/10-5/1/10  I received 68 calls between the hours of 8am to 9pm... today 5/1 they have called 3 times that's why I decided to looked the number up. I am glad I did. This is ridiculous but I am glad I am not the only one

They call my phone atleast two to three times per day. Normally no one answers when I say*****o so I just **** up. Now they are calling me at work all the time. So for everyone this number has called watch out for calls from them at your work.

i keep getting phone call from the number 201-520-9532. no one leaves messages or unswerving if i pick up.

I've gotten several phone calls from this number.  The most recent one was today at 8:25 a.m. on Sunday April 25th 2010.  The same number called a***n at 9:15 a.m.It's ILLEGAL to call someones home before 9 a.m. their time, not the callers time.  I'm writing the BBB about this.  When I answered the call on the 3rd ring the 2nd time they called, they just ***g up.  So, I have no idea who they are or what company they're calling from.  All I know is this area code is in NJ.

They call my house 2-3 times a day, always a different person(today was Raphael, I think), won't say what they are calling for. I've been called as early as 8am and as late as 9pm.

Next time call number back if not on line- tell them not to call you at work.  Then if they do, report to Attorney General in your State.  I believe collector for credit card.  Our State office said to ask for complete breakdown of charges.

This number keeps calling...they do leave a message for me to return the call.  They keep asking for someone that I do not know!  I've called them and told them several times they have the wrong number...they can not locate my number when I tell them the number that they keep calling!!!
