Did not pick up, but just recently had Empire Carpets installed

Thanks.  Yes, I had Empire Carpet installed a couple of weeks ago, too.  I had this same call but it actually s****ed w/ 011 (international code), so the survey is probably outsourced overseas as well.  It's too bad they don't have a better ****od to take the survey... this lowers my opinion in and of itself.

This is a company contracted by Empire Carpet to do customer satisfaction surveys.

Called my cell last night no message. if some of you called back or answered and got no response, its because it's probably a computer seeing if the number is active or not. It's just some cellar-dweller social ****** who thinks it's funny to annoy people.

They call and call-never leave messages. There existence hinges on aggravating people by calling them for no reason at all.

Not sure who or what is behind this phone number that keeps calling my cellphone but it needs to stop and this person needs to get a life.

I am getting the same thing - 2 nights in a row now. They don't leave a message or say anything when I answer, and when I call the # back it just rings and rings. so weird.

every afternoon displays on my caller i.d., when i return in the evening.

I am getting up to 3 calls from this number. They never leave a message, and no one is on the line when I answer.

I am getting calls from 201 520-4689 over and over a***n. I say*****o they will not say anything. I have tried to call back and get no answer. Some evenings it is 2 or 3 calls. I have complained and reported this number to my cell phone company and if there are charges they will strike them.
