Its Dell Financial Services...

Our business receives calls from this number various times throughout the day.  They don't even ask for anyone.  As soon as I begin to speak, they **** up.  Very annoying!!!

I call with my cell number turned off and they answer Dell or Dal financial I do not know why they are calling Indian accents.

It is Dell Financial Services, or thier agent, collecting overdue funds.

Seems to be related to 2019184849. same situation is developing with this number as the 4849 number.
