Keep getting phone calls from this number on cell, now on home phone. Never leaves a message, this is getting very annoying. It could be from Dell, because after having them help me with a problem on my computer, they kept calling until I had to tell them to stop calling me.

I just got a call from this number and no message left on my cell phone.

I also ordered a laptop from Dell about a month ago. I s****ed getting calls in the last week, about 6-8 a day.

I just ordered a ***nd new laptop from Dell no more than 3 weeks ago, and we just received it and then this number s****s coming up on my cell phone. I saw that Angela said it was a Dell rep and I HATE dealing with their customer service/sales department; the worst in the business! so I don't know what to do about this... I refuse to answer the phone.

they call 24/7...i got a call after 9 pm they never leave a voice mail and no one answers if i pick up...they call at least 10 times a day even on weekends

If this is from Dell, why have they ***g up twice when I answered? Now I'm just ignoring the call.

They call numerous times during the day; no one is on the line if I answer. I stopped answering the phone when I see the number displayed. Today they called five times between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

recieved 3 calls from this number today (12:18p, 2:53p, & 6:02p). no voicemail left and i don't answer a call from some i don't know. my number is on the do not call list.

They called my land phone and cell phone.  Didn't wait for me to answer.  I want it to stop.

This caller has been calling me since 3:24 p.m. today. 3:24, 4:09, 4:50, 5:29, etc... yes****ay 2/22/10 they s****ed at 11:03, 12:59, 1:48, 2:37. They leave no message, no caller id other than phone number.

They do not leave messages and they call multiple times a day.  Sa****ay they called 12 times.  Today is Monday and they've called twice already.  I had a problem with my computer last week and they are calling to see if my problem was resolved.  I was on the phone with Dell for an hour and a half.

This number would call me about every two hours for three days straight. They left no message or call back number. In my opinion, if a caller/business is legitimate, they will leave a message and a callback number. After three days of ignoring the calls, I finally answered, informed them that I am on the National Do-Not-Call Registry and to please stop calling me. This was only just now, so I can't say yet whether my request will be honored.

I called the number back and it was Dell technology calling for Dell Computers to check up on a recent repair.  I have a Dell but told them I haven't had any recent issues and the operator offered to take me off their call list.

I told him I didnt know who he was looking for, but thougth he had the wrong number. He then said 'you called about your virus protection on your Dell computer'. I said, 'no, I dont own a dell' caller appologised and disconnected the call.

Once they know they have the wrong number they can stop the nonsense calls cuz theyre aware they have the wrong person.

Call several times a day and no one is on the other end. Why would they call and not say a word.Very annoying.I don't know if it is a debt collector or telemarketer. I don't have any outstanding debts.

The number keeps calling my home and my office -- don't know who they are. I am on a "DO NOT CALL" registry.

Yep. Dell rep calling to find out if my issue they worked with me on was in fact resolved. Wow. Customer service ..... What's that?  :-)

201 number called 4 times today, left no message.  They have called 2 - 3 times daily since November 23

It is a Dell representative.

Called and got Altec Technology and spoke to the operator.  Was suppose to be a followup call about the service I received from Dell concerning a software problem that Dell took care of.

Its Altec Technology, its a 24 by 7 media outsource contact center, you have to have an extension number to get directly to someone or hold for an operator.The operator merely said "We do not accept calls wait for us to call you" and ***g up.So what they are doing I have no idea.
