Same script, same head set problem. Non-stop talking...
Second time they called. She used the same script; apologizes for having an issue with her headset. I asked her to stop calling; she never shut her mouth; just kept talking while I spoke. Very evident she speaks from a script and very rude for ignoring me when I asked that she stop.
