11 phone calls less than a week, from Maine. When you call, all you get is a recording saying "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and the next available rep will be with you". You **** on for 5-10-15 minutes and nothing, except that automated recording every few minutes! Totally rediculous,

201-631-4000 is for AIG Insurance.  My call from them related to a claim.
