According to this # I randomly selected to received money from the person who won the Mega or PowerBall lottery and whose name is Richard Wahl. Now they ask me to send picture ID then after sending it to them now that they are asking me my account number in order to deposit the money. I try to call them to make sure that it's not a scam and I left a message to call me to make sure it's an American person that I am talking to. I am still waiting to call me.

Said they were a hacker and tried to get my personal info.

They say there with a government loan that you don't pay back but I think they may be a scam
