Keeps calling with a weird voice and when I try to call back it says the # is not in service

I have received millions call from same area code with (201), with all kinds of phone# today, sounds like fax ma****e keep dialing my cell phone#. I have been receive this phone call since last week. I already sign up do not call list, how can this number's owner get my cell phone#? is anyway I can stop this phone call. So bother me!May 25, 2010

Keeps calling me but doesn't leave a message.

I got calls from 646-245-6477 like 10 times these days. Rang only 2 seconds and **** up. No messages. Even at night time, like 2:30 am. And this morning(after mid-night) at 2:30, I got 2 calls from 646-245-6477 and 3 calls from 201-653-4566 in about 5 minutes. So I believe these two numbers are came from same person or orgnization... It is annoying....Can't sleep at night...
