Caller left a message stating they were a debt collector and left number to call them back on. Didn't advise who they were trying to reach or that it was attempt to collect a debt.

Not only do they call my cell phone but also work as well now. And say nothing.

I have received calls from this number on a regular basis. This number is stealing my phone time. I am handicapped, and they call at all hours of the day making rest and additional movements very difficult. Is there a way they can be stopped ? Please help me with this issue.

This number is for NCO Financial.  Once of their many harrasment phone numbers

cno financial... so****ing about debt... i asked them to verify why they called me but they said they had no record of calling me and no record of my name in their data base
