Received a call from this person after I replied to an ad on craiglist for a rental house. First I reived an email responding to my reply, asking for basic information. The HOW SOON CAN YOU HAVE THE TOTAL MOVE IN COST SENT TO ME? threw a red flag at me but I still went ahead and gave my name and number. Minutes later I receive a call from a male, the call did not go thru because he has bad connection. The next morning I receive another email stating that my application was approved that they would mail the keys to me after I wire them the money. Yeah..........uhuh.TOTALLY A SCAM!!!

Didn't call, read through the lines on craigs list and an email from this person stating they do missionary work outside and inside the country.  Giving me a rental application for a property at the end of the email and the last question was--HOW SOON CAN YOU HAVE THE TOTAL MOVE IN COST SENT TO ME? Not only is this a scam, it's a sad and uneducated attempt as it is littered with terrible grammar . Stating also that he would send the keys by mail and didn't trust real estate agents. Ya......that happens.  COMPLETE SCAM!!!

The caller was trying to get me to pay him a deposit for a rental property and mail me the keys.  Seems liek a huge fraud!
