They said it is one of 500 million numbers with no name Also it can be c****ed as it's a voip phone Seems like a scammer or worse I was hoping been verified could help me find truth. mike Got a fake message from Verizon saying there was a copy right infringement. Unless they were trying to reach the former owners of my phone number. But I looked at all my verizon accounts and there is no message from them stating what the message said. I will update if I get more messages from this number.

Matt Received 2 call from this phone number asking me to verify my personal information. They are debt collectors. I will be checking my credit because my bills are paid.

Multiple su****ious incoming phone calls from 201-984-3498 claiming there was a problem with Microsoft Windows and they required information from the employee’s computer. Please do not fall victim to these sorts of phone calls/emails as they are examples of social engineering or “phishing attacks” which lure users into giving up sensitive information

Charlotte They try to tell your computer will crash is 3 days they want to get into your computer . They want to get credit card no. So they can scam you with big charges then erase everything that can be traced.bunch of thieves.

Switchboard Man with an Indian accent requested a manager who is not at this location. I inquired regarding the purpose of his call, and he claimed to have just spoken with his intended target. I replied, "Then you would know that he's not here," and ***g up when he s****ed protesting. He returned 15 minutes later, looking for another off-site manager in order to sell him so****ing. (The background noise on his end made him even more difficult to understand.) I said that was considered a solicitation and transferred him to Purchasing.

as far as i know that pharmacy only carries non controlled meds. I get my meds from them on the monthly basis from them.

made an order with this indian guy on 03/19/2010 from number 201-984-3178. he said it would take 4 weeks for delivery...i called weekly checking on order when the 4 weeks finally came and went with no meds I called back only to get a busy signal. going to bank now to retrieve money.

It's Verizon Wireless trying to collect a late or overdue balance on a live account (not for closed or old account.) It's automated.

THE CALLER STATED HIS NAME WAS MIKE HOPKINS AND I HAD A PAY DAY LOAN FRO 2006 AND I NEEDED TO PAY 500 DOLLARS AND IF I DIDN'T PAY HE WAS GOING TO TAKE ME TO COURT THEY CALL ME LAST MONTH AND DID THE SAME THING.

Same as above...caring for a child born in 2003.  Says he is a minister and hours are 9:30 (mandatory) - 4:00 (flexible).  Just the way the message is reading tells me he is illiterate and if he can even read the Bible, I doubt he could understand it.
