Got a cutoff recorded message. I'm sure if it had recorded it would be the same as the above comments regarding the IRS. It is a scam.

They called me 5 times yes****ay, leaving almost 5 blank voicemails but I answered twice and no one speaks. The voicemail is just static noise. Is this a stalker?
