Caller Id say US Capitol. recorded voice begins by mumbling last sylable bit of some name, then says "I'm calling from my Washington office,  please stay on line to hear what I'm doing for you"Ten says "the teleconference is alr4eady in progress, and begins playing a whole radio talk show about social security',This **** then goes on forever until it fills my answering ma****e.This exact same thing has called here 3 times previous.I don't even think it's a political call, just a harassing call.
