left message stating I was going to get arrested!

I let it go to VM. The first half was cut off so of course the recording already s****ed. Said that there were serious allegations that would go before the court if I didn't call this number back and they would freeze my bank account and have me arrested. Nice try. IRS only notifies you by letter in the mail...duh!
