scam
This guy is a total scammer. Wanted money from me..yeah right. Has a fake landscaping website with pics that don't match the accent. Turning this over to the FBI. Please do not accept, talk or give money to this person. My thought is it's one of those African sweat shops that are paid to prey on people and take every cent they have. I was told he grew up in the US and went to high school in Italy. Hmm, with a heavy accent like that, I don't think so. Stay away, please for your own protection
Cussed me out, then ***g up. Knew my name! Fortunately I let it got to voicemail so I have a recording of it.

A guy with a very thick accent called and apparently couldn't understand me. He called back and stated he wanted to buy a cell phone I have listed. After reading this, I know it's a scam.
They called claiming to have a refund. Indian accent. Very ******. They are persistant though. I blocked them on my phone
THESE PEOPLE CLAIM TO BE PCH PRIZE PATROL - DON'T ACCEPT CALLS
I had a missed call from this number at 11:00 at night!

This caller is an idiot. On my go away list.
I just got a call from this number saying I had won "4 fabulous prizes" because I entered a drawing several months ago. He sounded Indian. Made references to my having entered this drawing at a mall -- and mentioned Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and Best Buy. I knew it is a scam because I never enter drawings like he described. He kept insisting that I had entered it -- or perhaps my spouse or partner did (trying to cover his bases) -- I said that my dog had gotten lose once and may have entered for me. This comment went over his head. I did file a complaint with the FCC Do Not Call list since all my phones are listed with them
Calls from 202-239-8934 are****ociated with well known scams. I was called by "****** Promotions" at 4:15 pm, 08/10/2011. I think the Indian guy and his "supervisor" finally got tired of trying to get me to commit to a time during the next three days when both my wife and I could visit their office. I discovered they wanted us to listen through a 90 minute sales pitch for "Global Discovery Vacations". See also http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-401-616-4924. Don't go for it. A total waste of time. I'm not surprised that con artists are still out there, but you'd think they'd adjust tactics after all these years. Where's the creativity?
got the call at 4AM - didn't make it in time to hear
Just got off the phone with this guy. Says his name is Mike, says he's calling on behalf of ****** and that I've won one of four prizes. Mentioned a Hybrid truck, a 36" flat screen from Toshiba, $2500 cash, and a 3 day 2 night getaway for couples. Said I filled out a prize ticket at a mall last Christmas in D.C. Too bad I'm in CA and was not in VA or D.C. last Christmas. "Mike" has a very heavy accent, sounds Indian. Told me to go to 3050 31st ST NW Washington D.C. 20007 Suite 901. Google maps shows it as a residential area. I told him I was in CA and would not be coming to claim my prize, he said I could transfer it to a family member and gave me a cell number to call him back at.
Kept calling me in the middle of the night.
Same as Karen. They claimed to be Toshiba, and said I had won a prize from so****ing I had alledgely purchased during Christmas time.
Got a call on my cell from this number too, did not pick up as I didn't recognize the number but searched the net to see who it was. Thanks for posting this, glad I didn't pick up to waste my minutes.
yeah just got this call there is no way this is not a scam , i am just not sure the flavor
called saying I won a prize shopping at Kmart Best Buy and that he is from Toshiba Electronics
Got a call from them saying they were from Toshiba Electronics. I just kept saying "what, what, what..." until they got frustrated and ***g up the phone.
I also got a call from a man that had either a ****stani or Indian accent claiming to be from Toshiba. I had asked him to repeat as there was a lot of background noise from his end. He said too that I filled so****ing out from Toshiba last year that had my cell phone number. He said he is not a telemarketerand that they have current promotions. I just said no thank you. I am not interested and that was the end of it. I had registered my cell phone in do not call registry but am still getting calls like this. I should just not pick up if the number is not listed in my contacts.
I got the same call, could not understand the first guy and s****ed listing prizes to me saying he was from ****** Promotions. Then he transfered me to some other guy and saying that me and my gf had to come in to some place in DC and get a scratch off ticket. I just told the guy I would call him back and ***g up.
Scammer - he got my cell phone number somehow and claimed he was from some electronics company and was trying to sell me product. Beware. This is a Washington, DC area code.
I recieved a call saying I won a tv, money and a trip. He kept asking if I was married and I kept asking him why did he even have to know it. I could barely understand anything he was saying and he ***g up. He said he was calling from ****** Mobile.
This guy is a scam artist. I contacted the state attorney and was informed that this guy uses this number to try and run several different scams. He has a foriegn accient and tells people he works with a collection agency or hes from toshiba or a loan re he has several scams.
I also got a call from this number from a man who sounded Indian. He was hard to understand (lots of background noise) and claimed he got my number from a survey I filled out at a store last year. He then proceeded to say I had won a flat screen tv and other prizes and said I needed to come to downtown DC to their office to claim them. Once I got all his info, I ***g up and he called right back. This is clearly a scam. The number is listed as unknown in DC.
This caller was clearly Indian or ****stani, calling from what sounded like a call center (lots of background noise). He claimed that he was calling from Toshiba, that I had filled out an application for so****ing I could not understand that had my cell phone number on it. I had won a prize ... a travelers prize. It made no sense, so I had him repeat what it was all about and supposedly the First Prize is a Toshiba TV, blah blah blah. I paused. Told the guy I was su****ious about the validity of the call. He ***g up.
Some guy using an Unknown # keeps calling me about winning $2.5M dollars, He wants me to send $100 processing fee. He told me his name is Daniel Smith and was calling me from Indiana. I asked him for his real # and he gave me 1-800-429-2465. I traced that and it originates from Jamaica. Second time he called from the above number. They even know my home address. I told them I can not send any money but he keeps hammering me to send it. I tell them to deduct $100. from the so called winnings but it falls to their deaf ears.I would like to know who to report these guys to since they keep calling me even when I am at workThis has become a real headache to me
Several calls. Someone claiming to be from the DEA saying I was under investigation for felony. ***g up and called the DEA. This caller -- "Agent Peters" -- is a SCAM! DEA says to just **** up.
