Received a call May 5, 2014 at 5:27 PM EDT. Claims I have defrauded the IRS and they are sending the sheriff to arrest me.

Scammers, claim they are from the IRS but are just trying to get me to send them money to remove my "case"

Yes I also got a call saying I defrauded the IRS, Sheriif is his way to arrest me. I knew he was a fraud and give a lecture. So beware, they still call me with different name and tell me the same thing.

Got a phone call using this number from a guy with a heavy foreign accent speaking in broken English saying he was from the IRS and this is a criminal investigation case. Got my name wrong twice in two messages. Never called back after looking at the reverse phone ID was not IRS.

Received a call saying money laundering case a***nst my wife. I said r u out of your mind? That was it and he s****ed mumbling that I could not understand. Heavy accent...I called back and asking for details about his name, id and supervisor. Guess what, He ***g up on me. Beware, don't give your personal info....
