someone by the name of Luke Watson from IRS income tax department called but they had Indian accent, and they said to call a number and to ask for LX Cooper. When I told him he is a scammeR, he said I am calling you because this department told me to call you. He gave his ID number 100478569 . He said I am calling from Washington dc from IRS income tax department.

I received a call from Heather Gray and she sounded like a computer generated voice. She told me to call back to avoid an "allegation" from IRS.

It's a computer voice telling me to call them back to avoid an "allegation." The IRS would never call, they would send you real mail.

Got the same call, they needed me to call right away as the IRS is trying to get a hold of me. Those that think the IRS will not just show up are wrong. However this is a scam, I called and they wanted my attorney information. when I asked who this was they ***g, up. I hope that people under stand this is a scam, but just how dangerous the Real IRS is. They should fight to have the IRS disbanded.

My Sr citizen mom got a recorded message from Heather Grey as mentioned below. Two days later she got a call from a man with a heavy Indian accent telling her she needed to call another # immediately because the IRS was after her. She told him she knew it was a scam and the IRS would not call, they would MAIL a letter. He claimed they had but it was returned! She tol dhim he was a liar and it was a scam and ***g he. HE CALLED BACK asking why she ***g up and told her if she did not call the # he gave her in 30 min the sheriff's office would be at her house to arrest her. She ***g up. What bothered her was the man knew her name and she has no idea how he got her #.

Sounds like a computer generated voice

This is a SCAM. I received a call from Heather Grey who claimed to be an IRS agent. The message threatened that if I did not respond legal action would be taken a***nst me. The IRS does not call- they send a letter through certified mail. SCAM!!!

A recorded message from Heather Gray claiming to be from the IRS said I needed to pick up the phone or have my retained attorney answer to avoid them taking further legal action a***nst me. I tried to pick up but the recording continued. I tried several times to call back but got a busy signal. What a great way to be woken up after I hadn't slept well due to stressful events in my life!
