Do not send any money to this program. Their office area is located outside of the US and when you pay the fee they block you from their system. I tried this before. Back in 2004 and they still have the same phone number from back then. Also don't give them your bank account info because they will also drain your bank account to. I've gone through this with their system so many times to get them in trouble but the US can't do anything to thrm because they are located in different country.

This Morning I received a call the lady told me that I have won a grant!? 9000.00 dollars. and the best part was I did not have to pay it back!!?Ok! she was not clear about how I won also This Is to easy!! Scam!!

Got a call from another number saying I am going to receive 9,000.00 and don't have to pay it back. Yeh right. Said the government is going to be giving it to me. He was very hard to understand of course. I will not call the 2022411091 cause of course this is a scam!
