This number was used in the past as someone saying they were with the IRS. Now they are saying that they are the lottery and that you have won millions of dollars. Lol

IRS claiming tax evasion and arrest. Has called several times. I called them back and they wouldn't give me any information. I threatened to report them to the FBI and they could care less.
