Same thing, heavy accent , representing the TIGTA , saying we committed serious tax fraud. Threatened to call local PD to have us arrested after I told him I doubted he was legitimate.
Same thing. Both the guy who left the voice mail and the other one who I spoke to in person had heavy Indian accents, although the other one introduced himself as "Paul Anda". They said there was an arrest warrant for my wife because of tax fraud. They offered to send a federal tax lawyers and another lawyer to my doorstep to settle the issue "instantly". They were upset when I declined.

I received a call from this number tonight, man had a very heavy Indian accent and told me their was a warrant out for my arrest. After I s****ed asking questions and stated I was calling the police and ***g up, he called back 6 times. Real creep.
Wife received a call tonight from someone claiming to be from the Treasury Department Office of the Inspector General, stating they had an arrest warrant. ***g up after we s****ed asking questions. Reported call to Fairfax County Police Department.
