I got a call from this guy today 3.12.2014, with the same phone number. I can barley understand him, first of all he had a completely different name (it's actually a name of my cousin) but all I can understand was "this is your last warning....good luck." I called him back and told him there is ***ody with such name here and **** up.

Yes****ay, I had exact same experience as David. How can law enforecement authorities or FCC let these type of illegal acivities and businesses continue?

Got a phone call from 2022412099 last Friday (02-21-2014). This guy pretending to be from IRS and left a message on my voicemail. He said this is my final warning, if I don't call him back, then I will have to go to court and pay $40 Grand fine. I called him back. This guy definitely sounded like an Indian guy. He said I have been sending money to overseas and haven't reported this to IRS, now I will have to go to court. If I want to resolve this issue over the phone, then I will have to pay him $3,800 in government bond. Told him he will need to send the paper work to my address, then I will make my decision. After that he ***g up. I did a google on this number and found this site. Then I knew this guy was trying to run a scam here. I called him back and s****ed cursing him, then he s****ed cursing me in his Hindi language. I have reported this scam to my local police department and they said it is a scam. I asked the police department to run a trace on this phone number, but they said they don't have the resources to trace this number, since it is a VOICE IP phone. I wish US government could trace this scam and place them behind bar.
