Someone named "Richard Williams". Left me a message along with his "badge number". Very heavy African accent. Said that he was from the crime investigation division. Had to listen several times to understand half of the message. Does anybody fall for his stuff?

Someone just called and said that he was calling from a crime investigation unit of IRS. He said that there is a case a***nst me he gave his name as Kevin. He mentioned that there is a case in the court and if I do not talk it can be a problem. Seemed very shady.

I just got this called and called back said it was its crime investigation.. I'm a stay at home mom I don't even file taxes.. Very sketchy.
