Leave a CommentSame wacko message. The fact that they have no clue what your name is when they leave the message is the first tip off. I have to tell my parents, they tend to believe this ****.
same as others said to a tee wished me luck if I don't call back
"Officer Jessica Rowland" from the "IRS" left me a semi angry voice mail that was basically indistinguishable. Tried to call back but got a "Magic Jack" message stating that this number was not yet****ociated with an account.

Also got the call from Jessica Roland/Rowland and it was an almost laughable scam - it pays to be a cynic and skeptic these days!. Female with an Indian accent in which my wife thinks there was a bit of Caribbean sound as well - perhaps Trinidad? Went to the IRS web site to report it and was referred to the Federal Trade Commission to file the report, which I did. Don't know why they can't track these scammers down through the phone number.
Received a voicemail with an aggressive message stating she was officer Jessica Rowland. Was on the phone for 2 hours with her. She read me a legal affidavit for taxes foe years 2008;2012. Said if I didn't pay $3285 by the next hour a warrant was out for my arrest. She stayed on the phone with me as I was praying and calling people I knew for money. Threatened to take away car and house. Said tried to deliver paperwork to an address that isn't even****ociated with me. Will be calling cops and pressing charges for emotional distress. I thought my kids were going to be taken away from me.
