Leave a CommentFor the ones with verizon fios, just add the ****er to the block numbers list and problem fixed. And then, call the **** every single day!!!
ANybody got the brilliant idea of set up a call bot with their number with another similar recording that will run for them? If a bot calls every 5 minutes they won't be able to use the line. Even if several people does it that's it. Like if it was that expensive to buy the same device they are using, 10 bucks or so.
yup i have had several calls threatening that only God can help me , from Craig Miller- I blocked my number and called back out of curiosity- the recording said "the Magic Jack Customer is not available"
Received the same threatening message to voice message, and didn't call back.
OK got the call today, abviously i did not answer. The only question I have is... Who the***** is YOU?? and like to scare you even more he says good bless you! hahaha :) Super scared :D Who the***** is ymax communications?? why the goverment doesnt do anything??? The worse thing, how people can fall for this trick? :)
I too received this scam calls many times last few days. I never answered.
received the same threatening message from an "officer" abotu a case upon me and only God may help me if I don't respond. I answered today and advised him that it was a crime to pose as an officer and I had filed a complaint with the BB & CFPB. I work closely with Complaicne at a credit card company so i am well versed in the laws. He proceeded to **** up and now ****s up on every call back. I'm just trying to follow his request. LOL
Heavy accent people including some lady are leaving messages. I wonder why they kniw my name though... I wonder if I should call police to investigate the number and organization...
called as an IRS agent
Very heavy accent. Either I or my attorney needs to call him back for what? Why would I need to hire an attorney to call this scam??
A guy who introduced himself as an officer of criminal investigation department called my family and said my ***her's social security number was abused and asked us to give him my ***her's personal record. *** is this Is it really from criminal investigation department or is it just mother f-ing threat call? If it is a threat call, hope fbi would catch him soon.
A man with a very heavy accent threatened my ***her on the phone saying he received illegal money through Western Union from a different country. He said the charge would be dropped if we pay the penalty fee of $850; if not, the police would be taking my him to jail. He said he have sent a letter to us with the charges on July 9 and it's not his problem if we haven't received it. Just a really horrible experience ***ody should ever have to go through.
Yeah, same heavy accent guy left a message and kept calling me after.
Jack Martin of the IRS called. IRS was going to charge me for some crime. I asked to talk to his manager. The line went quiet for 5 seconds, and Kevin Patel came, with badge number KP005289. KP as in... Kevin Patel? yeah, and then I asked what my transgression was. Case number KXN 2500 IR78. I was on the hook for $1952, and apparently, I had done this crime some time between 2008 and 2013. Complete spam. Someone needs to stop these folks. YMAX Communications Corp - you stink.
A threat call. I hope FBI will get them.
Received a VM from this number that was truncated; hence it could be a robocall. Speaker had a thick accent and seemed to have called from an area with poor reception. Made unspecified threat that "if I do not hear from you by (unintelligible), I will have to (unintelligible)."
I have been reverse spamming them from different numbers...lots of fun hearing the little monkeys squirm in their chairs
I called them back. Asked for their location and the speakers IRS ID number. They hing up and blocked my phone from future calls. I continue to reverse spam them. They are Pakastani voices with Irish names, HaHA
Very annoying scammer ! and very rude, too. They have no better things to do rather than disturbing someone else's life ? Pathetic.... Any good idea what to say/do with those people ?
I just got called by this number twice. I did get a little nervous but I had no idea what it was about and thought that it was weird that the two messages that he left were the exact same thing he said in the previous message. Glad that I looked up the number and saw the comments here. Same exact message pretty much from everybody else, said he was an officer and that there's a case going a***nst my SSN and that I or my attorney should call back immediately., well ***** that ish
Obviously thick Russian accent, told me IRS is going to file a lawsuit a***nst me, and asked if I want more information. I said no and **** up.
He said he's from IRS and I said I'm the Secretary of president of USA Obama :-) he **** up the call :-)))
I got call from this number today. I told him to hold on that i can go to police station and surrender myself. also told him talk to cop what charges and which territory that he is caling about me. He **** up the phone. I call back a***n he said "dont waste my time" :-) and **** up. I called 20 times after he **** up. no response. I mailed to IRS. We need to torture them by threatened by reverse calling to this type of fraud guys.
another IRS scam number, its the 2nd time for me, first was a WA number, this time DC. Interesting that both times it was a guy with thick indian accent.
They left 3 messages in 5days. One is recording and 2 are by the guy. Talking about there is a case a***nst me from IRS and need to contact them before It goes to trial. He finishes with message to warn not to ignore this message and if I do he wishes God help me.
He said he's from IRS and that IRS will sue me because of some foreign transaction that I didn't report to IRS. After I told him that there must have been a misunderstanding, he said I can avoid lawsuit if i pay penalty ASAP and told me to get govt certified voucher (whatever that is) at CVS or Rite Aid.
A man with a thick accent (most likely Indian) called pretending to be from the IRS, saying that the IRS is going to take me to court over su****ious foreign transactions. Advised me to get an attorney and that local authorities were on their way to serve me papers. What's strange is that he did not ask for any information or payment; I'm not sure what scheme he has in mind...
It is a cell phone and no government agency will call from a cell phone, it is a spam and this guy must be stopped, hope our reports are seen by federal agents and they can track the caller and charge him with fraud and scamming
Same thing as most others received, threat that there is a charge for international transactions that wasn't reported to IRS and that they will charge and if I don't reply immediately then will be subject to criminal charges and I called back, the person has a heavy accent, looks like Indian accent, and continued to talk about IRS and reporting transactions, when I ask him to detail to me the transaction date and details of the transaction he didn't and said that this will make me us the information a***nst them, it is indeed a scam.
Received multiple called about IRS tax payment. This # keep calling
recieved same vm as everybody else on here. this guy is a scam artist and needs to be stopped!
Exactly the same line reported above in my voicemail.
Said he was Craig Miller, from Criminal Investigation Unit. He is about to press charges a***nst me, based on SSN and wants me or attorney to call back. Failing to do so will mean he can only wish me good luck (to suffer consequences) and ended call with God Bless. How absolutely lame! Should I report him to the cops?

I wonder how they got our numbers and he even had my old address. Where this can be reported to prevent other people having same awful experience.
I got the call too. He was very rude and threatened that if I didn't go to an ATM and take out money and send it to him, that police would go to my house and put in me in handcuffs. ***!
Yup, same here.
I got a call stating the same thing as other commenters.
Just got a call. Sounded like a voice recording from a guy with an accent. Said so****ing about legal proceedings regarding my Social Security number and said that I have to get an attorney and that if I do not call back..then God bless and good luck. What in the world??
This number needs to be reported to police as it seems like big time IRS related scam.
Yes, just got a call from and said that I need to get an attorney and asked form $3000 payment.
Said he was an officer and that I had to have my attorney call hime. If not called back, he threatened to sue.
i got a call too just now.
Said he was an officer, and I had to call back with my attorney. If I did not call back, he threatened that it would be bad for me, and wished me "best of luck" !!
Threat to sue if we don't call back with credit card information. Very thick accent.
