Didn't answer the call made to our home phone number, which happens to be on the "do not call list". The call came from a mobile phone registered in Washington D.C. they left this exact voice mail message: "Gray from Internal Revenue Service and the hotline to my division is 202-241-3556. I repeat it's 202-241-3556. Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we take any legal action a***nst you. Goodbye."
Fake IRS scam
I rec'd the same call...saying they were from the IRS and would take legal action if I didn't return the call....but it is busy every time I call.
Stated they were from the IRS and I did't return their call they will take legal action.
