Thanks for the comments! I have been receiving the same message and too got concerned, but thanks to Google and this website I was able to see that it is a scam.

Received a voicemail from 509.383.4068 and was told I owe money and if I did not pay by today I would be arrested, put in jail, and have to go to federal court. They then connected me to this number (2022413581) to move further with the process. I agreed to cooperate because they scared the living daylights out of me. This person "Diego" said I needed green cash and remained on the phone until it was in my hand and directed me to go to the Bank of America to deposit $4000 into the Attorney Generals' bank account. Throughout the ordeal I asked questions but really questioned him when I got to the bank and he couldn't really provide me with great answers, so I googled and learned I almost fell for a costly scam. I feel ****** for going as far as I did but lesson learned. Beware. They also use Magic Jack to make the calls.

Scam, I got the same call as Anil (previous post)

just left a voice message from this number and told me i owe to irs and don't disregard this voice message if I don't return the call I would get arrested
