Called me multiple times, Accused me of ****ing up, and then called back.... maybe 20 times in one day and another day at least that many times. Says he is Peter Black - Chief officer , difficule to understand Says he will make sure I loose my job, He will keep calling me back. Called me derogatory names. Wants to verify my social security number and then wants me to repeat all number back to him etc. Says it is a warning call before some lawsuit is filed.... I have never had any written correspondence from these folks. Scarey weird. Filed complaints with several services, AT@T cant block a work phone I have s****ed taping the phone calls with my cell phone, and have told the caller that. He immediately ****s up, and calls back and then wants to know who else is listening in and s****s a***n with the derogatory remarks.

Got a call from an Indian guy. he stated i owed a payday loan.. (my payment has been made) says that i will be arrested, he even stated he was calling from my local sheriffs office. Well i called my local office and they said and i quote. " if we had a warrant for you, we wouldn't call you and tell you.We would just show up".

These people have called me harrassing me, they have not stopped contacting my work place and threatened to have me fired from my workplace and thrown in jail if I kept ****ing up on them. This is not a legit company as they should know that as I live in CA and have advised them to not contact my work site, under my legal rights, they are not allowed to contact me a***n. These are some guys with a thick Indian accent. They are beyond the word rude.

got 8 calls from this number claiming that my mother took out a loan and never paid it back in july. she only answered like 2 calls and I answered the rest and, they wanted to know my name claiming to be the FBI i told them that if they were that then they would know my name. They s****ed getting rude and calling me a MOTHER F88ker and everything else. Last called I told them I was going to tell them a secret. i told them if they called my phone agian i was going to call the local police in my city and get them for harrassment. Just got a call from this Indian guy saying I didnt pay back a payday loan I took out. I DID, so I knew this guy was full of it. This is obviously a scam. They purchase a list and have a dialer and know people are ina pinch so they threaten us with warrants, etc. No worries on this folks. Just tell them them you are calling the authorities on THEM and the calls will stop

Called from this number claiming to be an "Officer" of what I have no clue and he speaks horrible english so if this guy calls you be may not be real. The number checks out as a DC number but so****ing is definitely wrong with the whole situation.

Just checked my voicemail and Mr Man claiming to be Officer Kevin Nash, says he is filing an arrest warrant a***nst me to be served at my work place and I will find myself "behind the bars" because I ***g up on him. Said I had bad intentions toward this "debt" (whatever that may be). Barely intelligible English, so I doubt his name is Kevin Nash, that he is any kind of Officer or that he intends to serve a warrant for me. I will not respond nor will I worry about ending up "behind the bars". Bottom feeder from call center in India probably trying to get my personal information or scam money from me.

Rude man with Middle East accent claiming to be an officer, called my work repeatedly to speak with me. He was put into voicemail but continued to call back. I did not accept the call so I do not know what the nature of the call was regarding, but I highly doubt it was legitimate.

Not sure what this is about but it was a guy with a deep foreign accent stating they had a criminal affadavit a***nst me in Washington DC, I live in the southeastern part of the US....doubt there's any truth to that! I'm not returning the call, I"m pretty sure they would have contacted me via certified mail or other more reputable ways than some guy by the name of "Officer Peter Black" who is barely understandable!!!
