As previous customer, I received message from, I think Indian man( Jonathan Martin), who named self as an officer from Crime Division from IRS. Message left twice on Sunday and Monday, exact same word to word, only he read my name a bit differently every time. Make me think this is a SCAMM, since he c****ing just names. I would like to report this as a harassment and treat.

I got the same exact message on my answering ma****e two days ago. Same message as described below in comment of 06/21/2014 10:13PM. I did have an Affidavit, and paid it 7 months ago. Also received my "Satisfaction of Judgment" letter as proof of clearing it up. I wonder if he's from some collection agency, whom didn't get the message that it's been paid.

A Filipino man claimed to be an officer with the Crime Division of the IRS. He left a message saying that we must call him back, as we are legally responsible for the charges a***nst us in the Affidavit ! SCAMM!!! First of all, we would have known about this beforehand by being legally served. Do not call. Tell him you will contact your attorney.
