Caller, with foreign accent, gave a name I don't remember, and said he was from an federal tax agency looking for someone "not of my name" and I told him that person was not at my number. He went on to tell me that the person he was looking for was a criminal and ********* and that my phone number was being investigated as related to the *********. An hour later, someone with a high pitched voice calls asking for that same named person as before. Called a***n. Gave then the same response. Not at this number! Yeah, its scam.

Call supposedly from "Kevin Harris" calling from Federal Tax Investigation Department to make you aware of a legal affidavit and complaint from the State of Georgia at 202 241 6835. First of all this department does not exist secondly a Federal agency would not be dealing with a state issue. I called the number back and told them I would be contacting the IRS. Then next time I called the number I get a message that the Magic Jack subscriber is not available. SCAM-as you all should know do not give any personal information out over the phone-period!!!!!
