Talked with scammer claiming to be Kevin Harris with badge # and case # from “IRS Criminal Investigation Unit”, and also working with joint task forces of “Immigration Office” and “State Department”. Scammer read case file contains 3 violation. 1st. Intentional Tax Evasion, 2nd. Faults Earnings reported on 2008-2013 tax return, 3rd. Unlawful sending of money to overseas country. Scammer requested Name of my Lawyer and CPA to work thought details of case. Scammer said he will issue arrest warrant in 30 min. after phone conversation. Officers will come by home or work to execute arrest warrant, and will revoke vise and deport out of country. But, I would need to deliver $1,300.00 to nearest IRS office as bond money, to avoid arrest warrant being executed. He suggested using CPA/HR. Block/Turbo Tax to avoid future problems
