This seems like a total scam. Private caller stating IRS is suing me. Really?!!!

Received a recorded message regarding it being a message from the IRS and that they are filing a suit a***nst me. Strange message for an official government agency considering that my name was never addressed and I have never received any written notice or any other type of contact from IRS before for this to be a "final notice". So I called 2022417129 back and received the message that "the mailbox is full. That's the end of this tale.

The caller left a message giving a "final notice" that IRS was about to file a suit a***nst me, or the person with my phone number since my name was not mentioned. It wanted me to call 202-241-7129. I know this is a scam, since the IRS gives the tax payer written notice of the amount of underpayment and the tax year(s) involved and thus gives your an opportunity to dispute the audit results. I suppose they do fool enough people, to make the scam worth their time.
