Leave a CommentThey called my 70-year old parents. Left message on answering ma****e that they are investigators from the IRS and need to hear from me. When I concealed my number and returned the call to two different numbers, one was a heavily accented Indian voice personally recorded message (versus the ma****e-recorded professional voice you would hear from the IRS) , while the other was from MagicJack stating the number had not been configured to receive messages. The IRS will always contact you via mail, and will have the information from your tax returns, and will enclose a do***ent to verify or dispute the charges before ever moving to payment.
This idiot called other members of my family and threatened that they were going to s**** legal preceedings and issue a warrant for my arrest for an unpaid payday loan ! very broken english, Stated that he was an officer in Washington D,C. !! How do these people get away with it? and why aren't they being stopped ? !!!! From what I have researched. That is illegal !!
Just got a phone call from same guy and he also called my job this morning. States he has my personal information and he is taking legal action a***nst me because of a payday loan company that had contactec him that I defaulted on. I never took out ANY payday loans! When asked for proof he transferred me to some other guy. I then told them that I had reported them to the police and that it was illegal for them to be contacting me and leaving threatening messages on my voicemail and calling me at work. He then, ***g up on me. This guy calls from several different numbers and uses several different names. Also, states he is an Officer which is illegal.

Teddi Is a Scammer, And She Is Calling From Asian Countries..............She Is Hacker.......She Is Hack My PC And Transfer My Data And Calling you a Lots Of People and harass Them.............................................................
An man with an eastern accent is calling my work and saying he is from Jack Peterson Law firm and is claiming I am using my work number illegally. Employer got pretty ****ed off and told me to tell them to never call here a***n. When i researched it they said that I took a payday loan and asked for bank info to clear debt up. When asked to show proof he ***g up.
What sounds to be like the same man, that keeps calling me. First he said he was with the law office of Jack Peterson but when he called me original and left a message he said his name was smith, then when I called back he said his name was Thomas Green and I asked for his attorney lic# he gave me #54679. I told him to hold on I was going to record the phone call, he stayed quiet, then said okay. He s****ed to say he need my bank information and I informed him that I have put in a complaint with The Computer Crime Department with the United States Department of Justice and I told him he can forward all the information that he claims he has on me to them. He just stood quiet and ***g up. Lets see if that works. But heads up people this is an actual department that you can pt claims in regarding these type of people.
I got a phone call today, which it was on my voice mail, a man souonding like he was Indian, broken english, and said he was Officer Jack Petersen.. Said I need to call him at 202-241-7402. I don't believe I want to do that. He has threaten me before and I didn't report it to anyone except where I work at the police station here. This is not the first time he has tried to contact. He another alias before. Thomas Williams was the other alias he used previously. I chIanged my bank, and all my records. I wish these scammers would be stopped. Becasue they take money from hard working people, and the hardworkers never had a debt to this company to begin with. He said I could be fired from my job, which that is bogus.
I received a call this morning from this "company's" "legal department" stating that I had defaulted on a $250.00 loan that I have NEVER actually received. I got the number to what was supposedly Cash Advance so that I could talk to them about my "account". They, like the people I spoke with before, spoke VERY broken English and were VERY rude to me. When I asked to see proof that I had received the funds in question they said that before they were allowed to show any type of do***entation the funds had to be paid back in full. This is obviously a scam- they get you worked up and make you pay them only to be told that you never owed them anything. The scary part? They had all of my information. They knew my full name, address, the company I work for AND my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! I'll be attempting to find out who to talk to about that to see what can be done.
I have been getting calls from this number and people for a long time now. Told me I'm being sued and they wanted my lawyers name and number and that the sheriff is going to be serving me papers which were being faxed to the cop shop I don't know how many times and no one has showed up yet with anything. I get a little irritated with them on the phone and when i can understand them they are rude back. I'm gonna try some of your antics and see if I can get them to stop calling me - this is ridiculous~! They just called me at my work and that ****es me off bad I told them to never call my employment a***n and I would call them back and this is the number they gave me and his name was Thomas Green.
These people keep calling for an employee of our company they are VERY threatening in the multiple times they have called they have said they were lawyers, police officers, government agents. They have even said they would send an officer over to take care of it if the employee didnt respond. These scammers need to be caught! Who do you report this stuff too besides these site?
This Indian person keeps calling every 3-4 months,. They sound as if they have so****ing on their phone to disguise their voice and tries to use names as "Allan Smith" or "Juan Ortiz" and the list goes on. They claim that I took out a payday loan with a company called VIP Loans I contacted that company and the company stated that the ppl contacting me is fradulent and DO NOT give them any personal info and just **** up on them or tell them that the call is being recorded by the police and that should end the calls. I hope so because this has been going on for months and I monitor my credit report and no such debt on there.
I am Mike, Talk With Jack Peterson,..........
After repeatedly ringing my phone until I answered, caller stated a member of my family had used my name and number as a reference while commiting "fraudulent activities". Caller identified himself as "Officer Alan Taylor" When asked who he worked for he paused and stammered slightly mumbled so****ing about United ... and then trailed off. I asked him to repeat that and he said "United Federal Crime Department."This call was strikingly similar to ones I had been receiving about 2 - 3 months ago. I asked that person who they were and was told Officer so-and-so. Asked what type of officer; officer of the law or an officer of the company he worked for, caller could not give me an answer. I then told him since he could not answer my question he needed to stop calling my house. These callers seem to be fishing for personal information.
The foreign fake pay day loan collectors. hadn't heard from them in a couple months thought they finally got caught. Now they are using a dc number. S*** bags.
