Leave a CommentThis same guy has tried scamming me twice before. I got in his face and asked to speak to his supervisor and wouldn't back down. He tried a scare tactic, but I wouldn't back down. He finally ended up ****ing up on me.
Correction -- I misunderstood my daughter, the line DID NOT show DEA -- just the phone number. The two people she talked to said they were DEA. I just called the DEA offices in Washington D.C. and the agent said this is a scam and asked me to call their number for extortion which is: 877-792-2873.
My daughter got a call from this number, too. They claimed to be DEA and were quite rude to her telling her she needed to get a federal attorney because she was being indited. The line the person called on showed up as DEA on caller ID but she said the connection was horrible and the person had an accent. Wonder if it's a scam from a foreign country.
Sez they are DEA. I doubt it. I called Sheriffs Dept., They said they would call # to see what was going on. They suspect scam.
