I have been recieving calls from this guy for a few months. I called back one time and left a message, as it sounded like there was " an investigation " going on and he needed me to contact him.  After that I never contacted him a***n. Phone calls kept coming in.  This guy is a peice of work.  He told me, like he has told many people that I had my name on perscription medication that went through customs or some sh** like that and I was being prosecuted!  I wasn't the nicest person because I knew nothing about what he was talking about. He became very stand offish and told me he was going to proceed with this and that I would recieve court do***ents to appear in NEW YORK?????  Oh, thats where they are holding the people from the perscription co. that I "supposively"  ordered from.  He went as far as to tell me that I should be happy that two, and why he said "two" is beyond me, Law Enforcement agents haven't come to my door and arrest me!  Yes! That puts a bit of a damper on the day!  I am thankful I looked him up. At least I know I am not the only one going through this. If anyone knows who I should contact or call in my state PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!  This is terrible and if I can do anything I will. That is a fact!!

one way to fight back -  buy a cheap throw away cell phone,  call this ****** back all day long and tie up his phone

I just got a call from "Special Agent Delgado" claiming US Customs siezed a shipment of drugs addressed to me from the Dominican Republic.  Said in order to avoid jail,  I had to go to Western Union office,  call him back after sending $250 for fine. Glad I googled the phone number!!!

Just got my call from Special Agent Nick the **** from Washington based DEA. HAHA!!!!! At least come up with so****ing new. 7/26/2011

I just received the same call....he caught me off guard  I told him if this is the case, I want a certified letter in the mail and will take it from there. Told me he will put me behind bars if I dont cooperate, so I purposely kept it chaotic with questions from me and he got real rattled. Finally, I said I am going to contact the DEA myself and for him to give me a claim number or so****ing and then he ***g up.

Got my Nick Delgado call on the 14th.  Same story, he is agent Nick Delgado with the DEA in Washington DC investigating a large shipment of illegal presciption drugs.  Apparently my name was somehow on a package and they need to ask how I am involved with these pharmacy companies.  I always Google numbers I don't know and boy was this a doozy!!  Go to H*LL Nick the D*CK!!

I just got a voicemail message from this number and he said he was Nick Delgado from the DEA in Washington. He said he was calling from the "General Questions" Department (Hahahahaha). I have to laugh- I went through a series of scam calls from a guy who said he was with the FDA and needed cash or I would be arrested. I reported this to the FDA and they shut down that operation, I still have the FDA agent's contact info and will be forwarding this message to him. Rosa Ruck- you scamming ******

I got a call from 2022419282 and said I called the DEA and ask if he was an agent because he called me and said he was a DEA agent working on an open case, and somebody I know may be in trouble and need your help in clearing this up? HUH? I said, I just called the DEA office and you are not an agent but a scam, he ***g up so fast, it was so funny, and I heard other peole in the background laughing, and one said I got her. This has to stop, this at first made me worried about a family member, but my ***her being a ex-police chief (which is true) said they would not call me like that, plus I am a guy who has never been in trouble with the law ever.

What is the number of the DEA to report him, I am sear****g and cannot find it.

More info: the scam came from the 2022419282, I just called and said his name Nick Delgato came up on the scam agent list with the DEA, he then replied I dont know who you called, but this is Nick, I said I called the DEA, you said on my voice mail you are DEA, and he quickly ***g up.

I got a call from someone saying his name so fast I cant even understand it, Nick Delgato is the best I can tell from the voice, and it was one of the scam numbers listed on the site, I knew it. He was wanting money on a case still open on a family member? If it is a family member why call me.

Got one today and wondered what it was all about. Strange message that s****ed with static and he couldn't*****ounce my name! His name is Nick Delgado. I guess I don't need to call him back. What a relief! Thanks!

Got same call.  Just ignore the do***ebag.  What I really want to know is where these fools got our names and numbers?  I pray they dont trick old people.  That would be sad.

I got a Call from the same *****bag, Nick Delgado. Said he was DEA. Btw, DEA shows up at your house and breaks down your door. They dont call and ask for money. Funny thing. I wonder how many people fall for this scam. Just dont call back. Ignore.

Identifies himself as Special Agent Nick Delgado from DEA...dumb enough to leave message--threatens to file criminal charges in US District Ct if you refuse to wire him money! Heavy, thick East Coast accent; plays phony police scanner in background; attempts to be menacing & threatening--he yells & screams-- but he is actually a total ***** & IDIOT! Google him...this idiot is playing this scam all over the country!

I just received a message from the DEA Mr. Nick Delgado also. He said i would be going to jail if I did not call him back, as a huge shipment of prescription drugs wre confi****ed and they had my name on them. Makes your heart skip a beat for a minute, but boy are people getting tricky !!!

I have been receiving calls from this number asking for Sherry. My name is not Sherry, and I told them that. I also told them to remove my number from their lis.

Got a similar message on my voice mail from Delgado.  I decided ***vo Sierra and googled the Washington DC DEA phone number and left a message with one of their REAL agents giving them the number of this scammer. I would suggest you all do the same. It is a rather severe felony to impersonate a federal agent of any kind. Take em down.

Just got off the phone with this *****. PLEASE tell me he is going down for this! I knew it smelled fishy just talking to him. So****ing was off. I never recieved any drugs and how they got my phone number is a mystery. I can't believe someone found out his real name is Rafael and is operating out of the dominican republic. BUSTED a**hole.

Knowing it was bogus, I decided to call him back and mess with him.   I didn't get him, but his voicemail said "This is Special Agent Nick Delgado of the DEA.   Please leave a message.   If this is an emergency, please **** up and dial 911".   OK - I guess he thinks that makes it sound legit.  What idiot ever calls the DEA for a 911 emergency?

I got a call from this a**hole yes****ay. I have reported him to this # and you should as well..... 1-877-792-2873. leave your name ,phone# and someone will call you bac****!!!!! DO NOT SEND THIS GUY ANY MONEY!!!! A DEA agent would never call and ask for money,let alone,  wire money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope they stop these losers before they scare and steal anymore money from innocent people.. I saved his messages too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also got a call from Nick Delgado today. Making the same claims... being DEA...an on-going investigation with internet meds. He wanted me to pay a fine  for a "dismissal code", immediately, via Western Union to US Customs OR be brought up on criminal charges. Went as far as having a police radio on in the background. The other numbers he gave me were  202-239-5572 AND 202-239-5571He gave me alot of information, that Ive passed it onto the FBI.****ER!!Dont be bullied! Report what you know. It could help someone else.

Got the same message as the rest of you. Got a little sus when the supposed office info number, was a answering ma****g for SA Nick Delgado. The message on the ma****e and the answer tape sounds like a k-mart special. I would hope that the real DEA uses an audix system and not a Tape system. I am so glad I got smart and typed in this phone number and got the messages from you all. God bless this site. I suffer from cancer, and was worried that my pain pills raised a flad, but they are for cancer.Thank you for your info, as not I can go to sleep without being stressed out.

Fraud! Extortion! Nick Delgado is a criminal.  He called me on the same number 202-241-9282.Do not send him any money.  JUSTICE WILL FIND HIM IN THE END JUST LIKE OSAMA BIN LADEN.IT MIGHT TAKE SOME TIME BUT THERE IS AN ACTIVE INVESTIGATION INTO HIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.

No mention of meds or internet.I thought it was su****ious simply because sound quality was choppy, just like the typical spam call from India going over internet phone lines. Also, I thought it was odd for DEA to leave voicemails to suspects.Still, I wasn't too thrilled about receiving such a call, so finding this forum was great. Thanks everyone!

I led the guy on, called back,  pretending I was at the western union office and going to send him my "fine". I got a real name and address - unfortunately, it's in the DR. It's Rafael Palma, 1648 Kennedy Ave, ste 205, Dominican Republic. It's probably the western union office.

I got the same call.  I just called the FBI in Washington DC and gave him all the information.  Lets see what happens when he tries to shake them down for $10,000.  The message is from one who has the articulation of an auto mechanic from Eastern Pennsylvania.Just wait.  He will be arrested.

I just received a all from 202-241-9282.  The man said he was Special Agent Nick Delgado with the Drug Enforcement ADMINISTRATION?  When he said Administration thats when I knew this was a scam.  I hope this scam stops because he has called and frightened my parents in the past.

I GOT THIS CALL TO.BUT THE MAN SAID HIS NAME WAS SPECIAL AGENT NICK DELGOTO  .I SAVED THE MESSAGE AND WANT TO REPORT HIM .DOES ANYONE HAVE A NUMBER I CAN REPORT HIM TO.THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE NEVER EVEN ORDERED ANY KIND OF MED ONLINE.

Received call from man today who claimed to be a DEA agent. He said he was investigating a case involving drugs ordered on-line. I asked him who he was looking for and he repeated my last name and asked for my cooperation he warned me that it was a federal offense to lie to a ferderal agent. He asked me which drug chains I purchased drugs from.I asked him to identify me by my full name. He could not. He said that the next I heard from him I would need an attorney present. He said that it was a waste of the DEA's time for him to continue the conversation.

phone number 202-241-9282Kevin Cloeman, DEA -- IGNORE ALL SUCH CALLS!A man identifies himself as officer Kevin Coleman with the DEA,saying your name came up in a drug investigation.  This is the 4th such similar call  I've had  in the past several months.Other calls from other numbers - others indicate that such calls are extortion attempts - the man states he is an officer with the DEA and that because of on-line medication purchases you may have made, you will be arrested unless you wire $10,000 to him, and that an officer will be over to arrest you, in minutes if you don't.Ignore such calls, there is no threat.  And by all means, DO NOT send any money to anyone making such a threat..
