Fraud. Indain guy pretending to be an IRS agent

we just received a call on our home phone from 202-241-9607. The guy spoke quickly and said he was officer **x (couldn't understand him) - when I asked him to slow down speaking, he repeated numerous times that he was from IRS and we hadn't paid Alabama State tax last year, and wondered if we'd received a call from the Alabama State Troopers in last day or two - that they (IRS I guess) had already sent 3 legal letters, I asked him to send another letter, he said due to code®ulations, they cannot send a 4th letter. He said if we didn't pay it, the Troopers would come and arrest my mom....I told him he cannot threaten people like that, he claimed it was not a threat and when I asked his name numerous times a***n, he ***g up.
