yes, I am receiving multiple messages with the same as below. it states an IRS lawsuit.

I was at work and a man called saying he was filing a lawsuit a***nst me in the state of California, I live in North Carolina, he couldn't tell me why or for what reason just that I had to be in court in Los Angeles, California on Thursday. He could tell me that I was being sued but couldn't me why or by who. He did ask for information and I wouldn't give him any. I hope that someone gets them for this kind of harassment.
