Not sure if AICR are spammers, but they are certainly annoying. I called the number back and got a message to thank me for calling. At the end of the message it says press 1 for more info. I did & after the little spiel, it said press 3 if I no longer want calls from them. Entered my phone number, verified and ***g up. Went into my CID & did the same for all the different numbers from same org. Got one more call. Told man @ other end I had my name taken off their list, don't call anymore!!!! Phone had been silent ever since ;)

Get a whistle and **** it as hard as you can!

American Ins***ute for Cancer Research. They'll send you envelopes, you give them to neighbors & ask them to donate. Then you collect them & mail them back. When I said "No" they said if I wanted more info on dying from cancer just let them know.

they call about every day, never leave a message. most likely a scammer, i am on the do not call list

Received call from 202-461-3474 and came up AICR with caller ID for Wash DC.  When I googled the number it was American Ins***ute for Cancer Research but the bottom of the web page from WHOCALLSME.com said the origing was Cairo, Egypt.  Go figure!!!!  I am on the DO NO CALL list....  Beware!!

Got an 8:30AM phone call from them.  They left no message.  Phone # was 202-461-3474 and Caller-ID said AICR.

These Bozos just want money. I never ever give donations over the phone. Way too many people out there just trying to steal your money.
